O11 DevOps Up is an intense, instructor-led program addressing practices that automate the processes between development and operation teams to build, test, and release apps faster and more reliably.
Security topics will also be addressed with the help of targeted exercises on securing existing applications. Finally, monitoring & troubleshooting applications and performance issues will also be covered with a series of hands-on activities.
The Governance module covers the fundamentals of managing IT Users and teams on the OutSystems Platform. It explores how to use the Lifetime tool to create users and teams and set different levels of permissions for teams, applications and users.
The OutSystems Release Management module addresses the application deployment process, including how the platform handles the CI/CD (Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery) pipeline approach.
The test Automation module explores the fundamentals of testing in OutSystems, including the pyramid granularity and test types, best practices for testing, and test automation scenarios and strategies.
Learn how to monitor application health and platform performance using OutSystems tools. This module includes practical exercises in diagnosing issues, analyzing logs, and using analytics to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both Cloud and On-Premises environments.
In this module, participants will go through a hands-on experience, where they will apply all previously learned concepts in a real-world scenario. They will build and execute a complete CI/CD pipeline, run automated tests, deploy to a target environment, simulate an error, perform a rollback, and analyze logs for diagnostics.
